1. What Loomo Does

Loomo provides an AI-powered platform designed to help founders and business owners discover, remix, and publish viral content. We provide software tools to assist in content creation, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, follower growth, or sales resulting from the use of our platform.

2. SaaS Subscription Agreement

Plan & Price: By subscribing to Loomo, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) as outlined on our pricing page.

Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable for the billing period in which they are incurred.

Service Description: You receive access to Loomo's AI features, content tools, and integrations up to the credit limits defined by your tier.

Cancellation & Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. AI Outputs & Limitations

Review Required: The platform uses AI-generated suggestions and content. Users are strictly responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all outputs before publishing them. Loomo is not liable for any inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful content generated by the AI if you choose to publish it.

No Guaranteed Results: Because your success depends on various market factors, algorithms, and audience preferences, Loomo avoids promising and does not guarantee specific results, such as guaranteed revenue, guaranteed followers, or guaranteed sales.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: Users retain full ownership of the content they generate using Loomo.

Our Software: Loomo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our software, brand, UI, algorithms, and code. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

Copyright Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their generated content does not violate copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Loomo to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
